Drumm Cup

Congratulations to Shane Fuller and Claud Mahony for placing at the Drumm cup in Currow today! Shane placed 10th in A3 and Claud 4th in the U16. Both were involved in the finishing sprints and did the club proud in our new colours

Shane Scored his first point of many to come with his 10th place and has been improving with every race he does this season, we have no doubt a podium is on the way.

Claud Mahony showed great form and although was listed as 4th in the U16 race, he was actually the first placed 15 year old.

Claud also had impressive showings at his first few races this season and we expect he will deliver big things in MCTC colours this year.

Catherine Terry Wins Clonakilty Duathlon

Huge Congratulations to Catherine Terry for winning the ladies Clonakilty Duathlon today.

Catherine was sitting second after the first run by just over a min but took a huge 7 mins off of the leader on the cycle giving her self a massive 6 min cushion going in to the final run, a lead she never let slip as she came home over 4 mins in the lead. A huge result for Catherine!

Our Top male was Niall Hickman coming in 28th in a tough field.
